The Board of Directors of The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Poole Hospital NHS Foundation have made the decision to progress with a business plan to merge. Formal public consultation on the proposed governance arrangements for the new merged organisation took place from 1 February to 25 April, 2012.
